Jag was brilliant from my first online enquiry right down to moving in day. He kept us fully informed at every step of the process and was super helpful, even taking time out of his day to talk us through a problem we had downloading a document we needed for referencing. Emily was very friendly and professional at the viewing whilst not being pushy like some agents I’ve encountered in the past, she was helpful but also let us take the time to look around without pressuring us to commit in the spot. I have rented several properties during my life, and overall this has been the easiest and friendliest experience I’ve ever had, by far.

Really pleased we chose JT Property Management.This was our first time renting and Jag personally looked after us. He guided us through each step from the initial viewing to the contract and deposit arrangements. Jag was upfront and pointed us to the how to rent checklist and was always on hand to answer every question we had. We would definitely recommend Jag . I had to sell my dad's property and really wasn't looking forward to it as his loss was bad enough . The first time we met Jag we new he was the best. He made us feel very confident. We gave him the keys about 9 weeks ago. We just had a few phone calls with him. He did everything else . We even got the full price. When looking for an estate agent to sell a property, it’s hard to know which one to choose, and I have to say, after speaking with 2 well known estate agents, I contacted Jag at OpenHouse, who was like a breath of fresh air when it came to discussing his services on the sale of my mothers property. There were no “hard sale” tactics, he explained everything and made the whole process from start to finish as un-stressful as possible. He ensured the process was handled seamlessly, and would be more than happy to provide a verbal recommendation if required. Although more well known agencies are usually the obvious choice, I couldn’t urge you enough to at least give Jag a call. I’m 100% confident you’ll be glad you did. I would like to add that the property sold within 10 weeks from 1st viewing, to completion. In a time where selling a house is very uneasy, he still managed to source and sell the property in such a fast time. Thank you Jag.
