Excellent service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buckley Wand to anyone Selling my parents’ house after the death of my father was a difficult and emotional time for us. Andrea, Martin and Adam were professional, considerate and compassionate and the whole process could not have been handled better. We particularly appreciated the fact that the business has a family feel to it and therefore we always knew and were known by the person we had contact with. Buckley Wand are efficient, professional, empathetic, realistic, compassionate, respectful and supportive. Communication was first rate. We most definitely recommend their services!

Martyn Wand took the time to explain the logic behind his suggested sale price regarding the sale of my Mother’s property. He was the only agent I had asked to value the property in that way. I appointed him to market the property, and he, Andrea and Adam launched it onto the marketplace very efficiently. The property sold within a few days. An offer close to the asking price was achieved. Communication throughout the process has been both regular and comprehensive. The team has been extremely professional throughout the process and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. They have been a brilliant “find”.

The house we bought was being sold through Buckley Wand and they were very helpful. We even got updates about the exchange of contracts and the completion before our solicitor had called us so they were very proactive. Would recommend them.
