GoogleI have been a franchisee with Belvoir for over 15 years and I can honestly say that they are the best estate and letting agency franchise in the UK. They have provided me with excellent support, training and guidance throughout my journey. They are always professional, friendly and responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy partner in the property market.

GoogleOnly been living in one of there properties for a couple of weeks and it seems as if they do not value their tenants at all. We were told that the place would be checked and cleaned in which neither of those things were done. They do not reply to emails and overall this company want to make me break my tenancy and find a new place to live. Unacceptable.

TrustpilotThis is the most unprofessional company…
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever rented a property through, not only did they NOT represent or help me (who paid good money and actually helped them), but they were awful to the poor owner of the property. They should have their business closed down immediately. I am talking about the Edinburgh branch.

GoogleAwful lettings agents, make the tenants feel very unwelcome. We had to deal with them for over 8 years and I was glad when we moved out because Belvoir were unhelpful and unfriendly.
