GoogleI joined real property just over a month ago now on this time iv had two great deals our mentor Martin has been great any questions you have he answers no matter what time of day or night, very good to deal with, with a vast knowledge of everything property definitely recommend if your looking to scale and get to understand the property world

GoogleWe came across RPS by chance and so pleased we did. It seems we are not alone in having spent a lot of money on other training programs but not advancing or being able to find decent deals. RPS have been truly refreshing and as good as their word with the support network and availability of property deals with genuine below market values built in. We would recommend anyone who is serious about getting into property to get in touch and you will not regret it.

GoogleI had been wanting to get in to property for a few years, but wasnt entirely sure where to start. Joining Real Property Scotland made it easy! Their online teaching content teaches you everything you need to get started. The support that iv received since starting has been top notch and the process has been a lot less daunting than i first thought. Real Property Scotland not only supply you with heavily discounted deals, they guide you through the process every step of the way making sure everything is done correctly and quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to start their journey

Facebookabsolute cowboys. rented property with broken windows that wouldn't close at all . wind rain snow coming in to the property. the solution they came out and duct taped them closed. even having council involved didn't remedy it. all 4 tenants in the block left due to similar reasons no repairs cheapest of the cheap fixtures...months of hell and still had to pay for it. avoid at all costs should not be allowed to do anything relates to housing

GoogleI have been trying to break into property for a few years now, and undergone various training and property mentorship programs. Still finding myself with no properties, feeling like a property imposter attending networking events etc. In walks REAL property Scotland. I met Laurie "LD" at PIN Edinburgh on a Thursday, decided to work with them and signed on the following week.. which in the same week my first deal went into legals, within a month we have completed on the property and about to get underway with the refurb. The proof is in the results! Plus they are top notch to work with, all their staff and affiliates are so helpful, friendly and proactive! Cannot recommend enough!!

GoogleI first started working with the guys at Real Property Scotland as an investor, using the money I had sitting in the bank on a low interest rate which they gave me really good returns on. This began right at the start of their journey and I watched their rapid growth closely which inspired me to want to do what they were doing so successfully. After a few years of investing, I signed up to their PRO training/mentorship programme and quickly saw what I could achieve by working with them after agreeing my first buy-to-let purchase at a 50% discount on market value. So I moved up to Partnership level and now after a year of working with them, and several buy-to-lets in my portfolio(all at big discounts), I have committed to another year. I’m so excited about what I’m going to achieve in the next year and beyond, and it’s all down to their training, support and encouragement which has empowered me to make moves I wouldn’t have dared to even consider prior to working with them. Aside from the knowledge, expertise and proven track record of success in the property world that you’ll have access to, they’re a really good bunch of guys who are a pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend them highly enough. This will change your life!!

GoogleDue £231 for the days I was in and I was late once and gave notice that I was going to be late and then went home with permission due to being unwell and currently still unwell so yeah can reply to a review so yer brand/company isn’t tainted but yet to respond to texts and emails about the wage I’m due and no PPE provided nor training
