I came across a property listed on Rightmove Student Accommodation and called to enquire about it. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. The lady who answered simply stated, without any explanation, “that property is not available for students,” and made no effort to provide further information or assistance. What stood out most was the poor attitude on the call. Rather than being helpful or professional, the interaction left me feeling as though I was a nuisance for even asking. Very disappointing level of service.

Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

The lady l just spoke to this morning was very rude and not even polite to listen to what l was trying to say she literally couldn't wait to hang me up ,if finding a new flat was that easy l would have moved out today itself lam very disappointed.l pay my rent on time every month and l keep the flat clean and never bothered them but I felt disrespected please you guys do better it's so disgusting.She literally hang up on me whilst I was still talking what a person.

I done work experience with Bowman Rebecchi and I really enjoyed it, I enjoyed it that much that I was gutted about leaving on my last day. Everyone in the office was so friendly, polite and helpful. All the things I done they helped me with everything. If I have the chance I would 100% ask to come back and learn more about the Architectural designs and interior designs, also going out to see jobs for new housing and to be involved in more CPD ( Continuing Professional Development). Thank you so much for having me. If you are interested in this type of career I would go here.

Absolutely shocking service provided - reported a crack coming from one of there property’s in November and had absolutely no correspondence or reassurance that the problem had been fixed (I have paper trail), I then went home to my bathroom flooded and again didn’t hear anything from landlord for a month now my roof has come in and full bathroom needs replaced and I’ve been waiting a week and a half for reasonable response knowing fine well I am unable to live in my house with no help what so ever! They are aware of circumstances and finding every loop hole to get out of it would not recommend at all the most unhelpful company I have come across when they are supposed to be a reputable letting agent, avoid at all costs - if they had done there job right back in November me or there land lord wouldn’t have been in this position

Bad experience from moving in to the flat. repairs were not done when moving in or cleaned. Had to be in the flat at least 10 times for repairs to be done! Which shouldn’t happen these should be done before arrival. I Was left without a washing machine for over 6 weeks when paying for use of my white goods I had to chase this up constantly!! Eventually had enough and handed my months notice in, and surprise issues with my deposit one of which stated there was a spiders web on the outside window? And a crumb in the oven ? How pathetic the flat was much cleaner when I left also have pictures of this as I’m a professional cleaner I take a lot of pride in my work. Also the agency contacted my energy supplier without my permission giving my final metre readings. Good luck if using this company. Caused me nothing but stress and couldn’t get to enjoy my new property.

Reserved a new build plot in Gourock which was marketed and discussed to be £255,000, only to see the property sold subject to concluding missives for £293,750 two weeks later. This price was never discussed with me and my partner. Managed to get our reservation fee back finally. Contact and communication was terrible from the start. I wouldn’t reccommend this estate agents to anyone wanting an easy home move.
