GoogleProblems were never dealt with when I would arise them. Personal information being told to individuals without my consent. In my opinion this is highly unprofessional and a breech of the data protection act and GDPR.
A complete lie and fabrication from an ‘unknown source’ - seriously, why bother?? You quite clearly don’t have the right Company, and either ‘make yourself known’ or simply remove your slanderous post!!!

GoogleBeing an estate agent myself for over 30 years I know how difficult it is at times in this industry. I asked Darren to assist in selling my mothers property and was impressed with his determination and sincere desire to get the right result for her. He delivered above my expectations and she is now happily settled in her new home.

Darren has a vast local knowledge and knows his stuff and goes obove and beyond, Communication was great and he was very accommodating on appointments Overall 10/10 service 👏 Thank you Darren

GoogleWe foolishly decided to buy our first home during the pandemic chaos of 2020. The house we purchased via Lowery's was around the seventh we'd viewed and it was by far the most enjoyable viewing. Darren was really passionate and knowledgeable about the property, but not in a false way like we'd experienced with other estate agents. He was very honest and didn't sugar coat anything, which was SO refreshing after two months of other unbearable estate agents! He didn't rush us during the viewing and was very patient, even on a sunny June evening. Unfortunately the sale became a little more complicated than expected and took longer than anticipated due to a change of circumstances at the top of the chain and at the time, I felt communication could have been a little quicker sometimes. HOWEVER, having had a few months to reflect and having spoken to friends who purchased last year from larger soulless estate agents, I've realised that 2020 was incredibly chaotic for the property world, so this was to be expected. Darren went above and beyond to push for answers and to get the top of the chain moving again, and even helped them load their hire van when they couldn't find a removal company due to high demand. He seemed genuinely happy for us on completion day, and the new home card and Prosecco was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, I would recommend Lowery's, Darren is a genuine guy, clearly cares for his clients, and works hard to make everyone happy.

GoogleA big thank you to Darren, for helping me sell my property. Darren was very professional and sensitive, as it was the first time I had sold a property on my own. He was very realistic in the selling price, having done all the ground work first. He sold my property in 6 days and I got the full asking price. I felt I could contact Darren at any time if I had a problem or a worry and he gave me good constructive advice. He certainly took the stress out of selling my property. I have recommended him to family, friends and colleagues who have also sold their properties through him. I would definitely use him again.

GoogleTrustworthy, reassuring, personable. We kept in regular contact with Darren from the moment we discussed options and had the whole house-selling process explained to us. There is a great deal of experience in selling houses and useful advice on how to make the sale more likely. We’d still be without a sale if it weren’t for his advice. When we had questions, they were answered clearly and promptly. We’re puzzled by the less complimentary reviews because our experience was so positive - and for those who used this company before us. We have since recommended Lowery’s to other people we know, beyond Gosport, who were struggling to sell their house with national companies and have since, sold, acting on Lowery’s advice.

True to his word our property had an offer within the month and completed within 2 months. (Solicitors do take holidays just when you need them). I would highly recommend Lowerys, would definitely use them again.
