We have been extremely happy with the service provided by the whole team at Fenwicks, particularly Sarah who has worked tirelessly chasing Solicitor's and other agents during a very long and drawn out process, which had us all pulling our hair out! Sarah has always remained positive about the property we were selling even when we got to the point that we thought it would never sell and kept us constantly updated...even when there was nothing to update! But we have finally got there!! And we owe Sarah a big thank you for getting us there, hair intact! Sarah you are a star and a credit to Fenwicks.

Thank you to all the staff at Fenwicks, Gosport. You made moving as stress free as possible. A particular shout out to Sarah, who kept me fully informed at every step (even afterwards making sure everything was ok) I’d also like to mention Dee, when she said she’d get someone to phone me back - she did! (And if they couldn’t within a given time frame, she’d call to let me know - and don’t know any other estate agent that does that!) I know it’s difficult choosing the right estate agent, but I was particularly impressed with the whole team and would highly recommend them.

We have just sold our house through Fenwicks and cannot recommend Fenwicks in Stoke Road highly enough. Sarah was fantastic throughout. She really is committed and tenacious and was unbelievably helpful. Fenwicks were totally professional, delivered excellent service and ultimately did a great job for us. I strongly recommend avoiding national companies (they caused no end of problems lower down our chain) and instead choose a local company like Fenwicks who really do value and care about their customers.

Really happy with the service provided. Excellent photos, professionally taken, contributed to a good online presence that attracted a reasonable amount of footfall despite a challenging climate. However, their best work came once negotiations and contractual activity began. The whole sale with Fenwicks Estate Agent in Gosport was amazing. They came to value the property quickly and gave a great price compared to other agents. They then organised over 10 viewings in the first few days and it was old within a week. Our chain took a while to complete with another estate agent but Fenwicks called regularly with updates and information to put us at ease and let us know how things were going. They recommended local surveyors and solicitors which were also great. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants to sell their house to use Fenwicks in Gosport.

The whole sale process from start to finish with Fenwicks Estate Agent in Gosport was fantastic. Shortly after our Mother passed away we asked them to give a valuation on her house. Within days of it being on the market we were receiving offers, everything ran smoothly and the whole process was seamless. The team were always on hand with any advice or concerns we had and always so helpful and friendly. I live over an hours drive away and from time to time I would have to ask one of them to pop along to the house as it was standing empty. They did it with such good grace and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
