GoogleWould happily recommend Fairhalls. Harry was a pleasure to work with - friendly, efficient, calm and knowledgable. This time we were buyers, but we have used Fairhalls in the past for different reasons and would happily use them again.

GoogleI know this review will get removed because it may ruin any “ good” reputation they have. I rented with Fairhalls from November last year and all I have to say it has been a year of hell! We was promised a new kitchen, a clean would be done prior to us moving in as it was absolutely filthy ( I.e skirting boards, doors & windowsills and the whole kitchen) Long story short no kitchen got done , I at 9 months pregnant was recommended by Fairhalls to clean the house myself, which I clearly was no in a position to do so. We had a leak which left nasty horrible smells in the kitchen and stains on the ceiling to which are still there as no one could be bothered to come to the house and sort that. Louisa who retired was very rude, had no care in the world and the same goes for James. Mark there operative who was supposed to come to the house to do jobs chewed my ear off then left doing nothing and was supposed to come back to do ceiling and didn’t along someone who else who never got in contact with me and didn’t turn up. Very reluctant to do anything about the leak that was coming through the kitchen light which I would say is a safety issue especially with a 3/4 month old baby in the house. Wanted to deducted money from our deposit for a kitchen that was in a bad way when we moved in and for our black bin to be taken and other various things. I would like to add that we decorated this house top to bottom other than the kitchen as we didn’t feel this was our job. I have email trails upon email trails of things that needed to be done etc and just got nothing back. Have photos of when we moved in to now. If I have to go down a route of making sure these emails and photos are put everywhere I will. No professionalism on James part whatsoever he and I quoted “ you have 5 seconds to say what you want to say and then I’m ending the call” and also laughing down the phone at me. Supposed to be the owner just a childish, inappropriate man. I would not recommend this estate agents at all. The stress & upset in the last weeks of my pregnancy made me really unwell and the stress of the house whilst looking after a baby was unbelievable. Would of like to of left after we was told the kitchen wouldn’t be done and we’d be left in a hell hole, but was told we’d have to pay rent until new tenants moved in. Would also like to say enjoy the money you quite desperately needed it. Had to edit this review due to being threatened with solicitors as a comment someone made to us wasn’t happy that I posted it. If the comment wasn’t said why threaten and be defensive about it.

GoogleFrom the moment we met James for the first time we were impressed with the care, kindness and expertise he showed. His assessment was thorough, positive and filled with hope for an early sale. This was indeed the case and he and his team were with us all the way through the process with their explanations and support. GoogleFairhalls team are extremely professional and very passionate about providing a 5 star service. Being new to the house moving and buying world alot of issues and problems that arose were dealt with effectively and I was never made to feel humiliated by asking all sorts of things that I didn't understand. Communication between all parties including solicitors and developers were constant until the final outcome. In all, I can honestly say that Fairhalls estate agents are an independent company with an amazing team who deliver a service with compassion, high morals and an amazing work environment. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleMe and my partner are searching for a property. He works Monday to Saturday afternoon so viewing is difficult to do together. When asked if I could book a viewing for a Saturday afternoon I was told by Fraser that 2pm for a second viewing was a push and completely disregarding work schedules. It made me and my partner feel like we were being an inconvenience wanting to view. Upon the viewing we were barely spoken to and the sentences were very short and questions unanswered as if it was a chore to talk and to be present at 2pm on a Saturday. As first time buyers we are very put off and will be trying not to have any dealings with them.
