Thanks a lot to Mohammed who has been very sincere and friendly & kind enough in helping us to get the satisfying flat for rent. He was easily available all the time to answer our queries and was creating a positive attitude through the process. Overall it was a great experience with Beal's Estate Agents. Thank you very much :) Best Wishes.

Annie Pannell at Beals was absolutely fantastic. In a time where the market is moving very fast, she still worked hard to find me the perfect place. Professional, helpful and always responds quickly when you contact her. Highly recommend using Beals as they make the process very easy and they are eager to help at all stages.

Can’t praise Beals at Hedge End enough - special thanks go to Liz who went above and beyond to make selling a property from a distance go with ease.Liz communicated well and kept us updated every step of the way, even doing some admin/scanning for me to save me travelling to Hampshire on completion day. TrustpilotTotal shambles, avoid!
Total shambles.............. we rent our property out through them and they didn't pay us the rent one month? When i contacted them we were informed that we had no contract with them............ erm, the tenant had been in there over a year, had paid the rent, beales just couldn't put two and two together. Total shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!

GoogleUsed Beals to seel the deal with flat dukes road. Everyone was very helpful trying to get the sale through. Especially since the solicitors for.the buyer lawcomm were pretty useless. The buyer was obstructive and kept stalling. If it had not been for beals. I would have had a meltdown if it wasn’t for Adriana.PositiveValue

TrustpilotThrough a very difficult time…
Through a very difficult time Ben and Lucy dealt with me as they were both furloughed at various times. The house was left in an appalling condition by the previous tenant but with their help it was quickly turned around ready to let again. They appreciate time is money. Looking forward to a good tenancy this time.
