Very pleased with service provided. Plenty of enthusiasm in getting people to view house resulting in quick offer for it. Also used their preferred solicitors who were very good and didn't charge us for conveyancing on first chain when it fell through. Would certainly recommend Beales to anyone.

It took 6 months and threatening to not pay rent to force them to fix my flat and when we left we received no exit inventory nor have we received our deposits back. That was 3 months ago. They are a bunch of work shy charlatans.

Jessica and Jade in the Gosport office have been really helpful with a new rental. The process was done remotely and was tricky at times (no ones fault) but they answered all calls and emails promptly and with great customer service. I rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life).Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property.Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back.I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal.
