GoogleI used to think this agency was good but not any more as their standards have gone downhill. I was told a profile had been created for me and when I provided updates for my property requirements, I was told my profile had been updated. I found out this hadn't happened and I also never received property alerts despite being told I would. Either I've been lied to or the staff are incompetent. One male member of staff was patronising, rude, impatient and snapped at me when I asked him questions. I submitted a complaint about this but it has been ignored which speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. If this is how they treat prospective clients, it makes you wonder how they treat tenants.

GoogleHad problems in our property with dry rot reported it and for 6 months was told it was "brick dust". Then someone qualified actually inspected it and agreed with us it was dry rot. Our contract was due to be renewed in a couple of months but due to us reporting the rot we were evicted for the repairs to take place. This was during hospital treatment for a severe health condition. If this had been dealt with when we initially reported it, such drastic work probably wouldn't have been needed.

Signing for the property was smooth, they were attentive to our needs, and they were prompt in responding to emails and requests.
One of the agents, Andy, even rode his bike to the property on a weekend when the toilet began leaking.
All in all, a very good experience over the last year.

GoogleThey did not respond once our tenancy was over and we were trying to sort out getting our deposit back, simply put the proposal in to DPS without coming back to the points we raised. Just shows they don't care once they aren't getting any more money off you! The maintenance guy was also a bit shoddy and lax at coming out to fix things.
