Do not be fooled by the modest office on a quiet road in Gorleston, Darby and Liffen are exceptional estate agents. They give a feel of local family business with the most professional, intelligent and highly motivated staff in the area. From day 1 I was given the best advice, was kept up to date daily with news and information. I sold my house at a top price due to all the hard work the whole team, especially Steve put in. A modest terrace house was sold with the enthusiasm as if it as a 8 bed mansion. I will use D&L again this year to sell another property. Highly recommended, there is no other estate agent as good in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Moving house is probably one of the most stressful times of your life. We had been with another local agent, which wasn't great at all.
