GoogleMatt and the team did a brilliant job selling a retirement flat for us, in a difficult market, where another agent had sat on it for 6 months and done nothing. Matt got the best price and went over and above to ensure the sale went smoothly since we were selling remotely. Highly recommended and would use again if we were in the market.

GoogleThis seminar was regarding the lawful rights of both the landlord and tenant. It was very enlightening, informative and interesting. It encompassed, holistically, all facets of being a landlord. Covering all subjects that I would imagine would be of great interest to existing landlords or 'would be' landlords. One of the topics discussed also included giving an awareness of the expectations and behaviours of tenants. The speakers were obviously proficient re public speaking thus putting the attendees at ease. The venue was very pleasant as were the drinks provided. A very productive, pleasant evening for all.

GoogleWe finally completed on the sale of my mothers house yesterday, and I would sincerely like to thank Ian, Richard and the team at the Goring branch for their diligence, understanding and patience in this process. It has been fraught with problems from beginning to end and despite the prompt process from my end took nearly 9 months to get to a completion. The hard work and dedication from the staff in the office was exemplary and this was also highlighted by their local knowledge and familiarity with the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the future and cannot thank them enough for their understanding in a very emotive and difficult process for me.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Stafford Johnson, from the very first viewing to completion it was a very smooth process. Initially the viewing was dealt with by Louise. She was excellent, polite and patient giving plenty of time to view without any hint of trying to hurry us . We then dealt with Ian Johnson from pitching an initial offer through to the collecting of the keys. Ian is a gentleman. Polite and professional we found him to be always willing to help with any point in the process. However, it was his honest straight forward approach that we found the most reassuring. GoogleSadly I received very poor advice to find a new tenant for my 3 bed property, I Approached Stafford and Johnson 3 months prior to my tenants leaving, The company didn't even advertise until a week after they had left, They had no leads, offered candidates who failed checks, Eventually my property was transferred to a partner company, it took 3 months and I lost over £5K, Since then I have sort other professional opinions, and all suggest, this should not had happed to the extent it did. In my case it was a very poor costly service. However they were all very polite. I just don't know why my experience was so below.
