Gracie Dale was my Letting Consultant at Your Move (Goole) for the last 12 for the letting of my Goole property. Gracie has been great, and I’ve been really pleased with everything Gracie did for me. Gracie is always easy to get hold of, quick to respond to questions, very helpful in guiding me through letting process and any problems with contractors that did work on the house. From finding suitable tenants to sorting out the paperwork, to giving me guidance, to listening to concerns, to going the extra mile, to helping sort out the garden ready to get it on the rental market again, everything has been handled smoothly and with little stress on my side. Even though there were some delays in the process (outside of their control), Gracie kept me updated and did everything she could to move things along. She was always a pleasure to deal with, professional but personable. In a funny twist of fate, my situation changed before the tenancy was finalised (turns out waiting for a tenancy is a great way to meet person!), but I really appreciated the effort and communication throughout the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend the team, and will keep them in mind for the future!

If i could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. I called to place an offer on a property and was told id be called back for them to take the offer. I was never called back so had to follow up myself. Once the offer was made I was then told they would phone the buyer and call me with an update. 5 or 6 days later I was still waiting for my update thinking we were in a good position...until I checked rightmove and saw that the property had been sold!! No courtesy call to tell me, even though I was told id be told either way! No request for best and final, no request for an update on our sale, complete silence that left us with false hope. I called to ask what was going on, and was told the manager would call me either yesterday or today... im still waiting for the phone call back. Apparently the manager was the one dealing with the sale of this house, absolutely diabolical with zero communication skills. This is the 3rd time youve failed to call me back. Will 100% avoid any property listed with Your Move in the future. What a shambles! This is my 3rd time buying and selling ive never experienced customer service like it!

I bought a house, under fairly challenging circumstances, through the team at Your Move, Goole. From my first enquiry, they were attentive and so helpful. Chatty, friendly and really approachable - very different to the other agent in the area I spoke to. They kept the vendor and me informed throughout (it was a lengthy process due to my selling two properties outside the area) and answered all of queries and questions. They endlessly chased slow, unresponsive solicitors and got us all moved. Couldn't be happier with my new home or all the lovely people at the branch. Thank you, especially to Karen :-)

5 star service all the way with the Goole team. Karen was fantastic, always there to answer my questions and on the odd occasion she was away from her desk the team passed on my message and my call was returned the same day. Having to sell my parents home, my being over 250 miles away was not a problem at all, it was very well handled by Elliott. I took his advice and went for the best photo package, and I am glad I did. I was kept up to date with viewings, of which there were quite a few. Would recommend Your Move 100% for a simple, hassle free way to sell a property. Thank You all very much, you guys are the best.
