I have spoken to the team at Link Agency and we can only think that you were unhappy when the cooker stopped working, I am told that our electrician replaced the item within ten days of it being reported. Please let me know if there is any other reason why you would give us a poor review??! If that was your intention?

It appears from our system notes that you applied for a property with Link Agency, but was unsuccesful. I realise that this can be dissappointing and frustrating especially if it is a property that you have set your heart on. One of the most difficult parts of our job is to determine who would be most suitable as tenants for any given property and having to decline others.
