GoogleI've been with Gatehouse for 10+ years and I highly recommend them. They have all been kind, caring and massively helpful. Any maintenance that needs attention is quickly noted and dealt with as soon as possible. Helen, especially, always has time for any queries or problems I might have and is happy to answer my many emails ASAP.

FacebookThe worst estate agents we have dealt with, communication throughout was poor. They act professional when they want the money from you but everything else is treated very informally and jovial. Yet once we left our contract early to relocate for work we left some paint cans of the colour we had redecorated the whole house with, they advised us that they need to get a professional contractor in to depose of these which would cost us. We asked whether a friend could get them as we had relocated and this was rejected and therefore cost us money. What made this worse was when we first moved in the previous owner came round with one of the estate agents to get stuff out of the garage because they were friends, showing the double standards. I would highly advise against using them / giving them your money.

FacebookI don't know how people think this is a good estate agents they are by far the worst I've ever come across they told me i could have the keys back to sort out what i left there and now they said i can't have the keys and going to try take half my deposit which is ridcoulous there just money grabbers and try to take every hard earnt penny you earned off you after we agreed id go back and do everthing that needed to be done then for them to say we not giving u the keys now we going to try charge u over £500 for an hours work , absolute disgrace gatehouse.
