GoogleI recently sold my first home with ODOS Properties and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was fantastic, especially Helen, who went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. Her help was invaluable and genuinely made everything so much easier. The rates were good, the house sold quickly, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend!

James and Helen were the glue of our sale and purchase! Although only selling our property Helen was a great advocate for us during quite a tricky purchase. They had our backs and were so polite and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else and would recommend ODOS to everyone. Such an amazing service, there was never any pressure or pretence. I couldn’t have asked for more. They always pick up the phone and respond to emails, they made the whole process so much smoother than any other sale I’ve been involved with. I can say confidently ODOS is the best agency I’ve ever used.

ODOS really are an estate agency like no other! Helen went above and beyond to get our sale completed and I honestly think we would still be deep in the conveyancing process now if it wasn't for her! She was so professional, personable, efficient and helpful, and did everything she could to make things as easy as possible for us. Helen's valuation was spot on and I am sure her welcoming personality helped sell our house quickly.

Unfortunately there is no response from ODOS Properties. Several times over the last few weeks I have completed their online form requesting a free valuation, but had no response. I have started their online chat and left my details, but had no response. I have today tried phoning them but just had music and then a recording that no-one was available to take my call. Their office address is listed as Gloucester, but their phone number area code is Ledbury, so something is odd there.

The experience I received with ODOS -The striking characteristic of ODOS was the extreme effort the members of staff I met went to, in assisting me with selling my house.Everything promised on beforehand was delivered tenfold and I could not have had an easier time dealing with them. Many thanks to James and everyone at ODOS for helping so thoroughly. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market.

We used ODOS for a second time, working with Helen on our most recent property sale. Helen was so lovely and polite, very informative about the local market, and great at listening to our needs and considerations. This differed from other agents who talked at us for an hour and made us feel silly when discussing the price we wished to achieve!

From start to finish it was a premium experience selling my apartment in Diglis, Worcester. ODOS had professionals come and take perfectly staged shots and a virtual tour throughout- this was far beyond what I’ve seen from any competing agent in the local area and thus exceeded my expectations. Swift negotiations and a very fair deal on the fee made it a privilege to work with this agent- I’ll be back! Thanks James for all your hard work!

GoogleODOS properties have absolutely excelled in finding me a house that I can call a home! If I ever had to use an estate agents again, ODOS would be the first organisation I’d call. Their MD James was personable and extremely professional throughout all the dealings I had with him. Couldn’t recommend their services enough.

This is the second time we have sold with ODOS and yet again Jimmy and the team didn't disappoint. The personalised service ODOS provide is fantastic: from the first appointment to completion nothing is too much trouble. We were offered over the asking price within days of going on the market. Me and my partner have purchased a house which was advertised through ODOS properties. I can not shout their praises enough. I've got friends who are also first time buyers and their estate agents are no where near on the same level. We had Helen as are estate agent from ODOS and she was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a quick turn around and Helen made sure everyone was kept in the loop and ensured our solicitors where up to date with what we needed. If Your looking to sell or buy a property in the area, this is the estate agent to use. It's a personal service and they make you feel like they are just as excited for your new house as you are. Will definitely use them in the future.

We recently sold our property through James, and would highly recommend. James was efficient, courteous and polite when first attending the property and listing. He provided helpful feedback whilst the property was listed, and reviewed viewing metrics, photographs and floorplans to help us achieve a speedy sale as we were under some time pressure. He also provided regular feedback after viewings.James also continued to support the sale during conveyancing and completion, for which we had a few bumps along the way. James helped negotiate these by keeping in touch with us regularly and coordinating between various parties in the chain.Would highly recommend!

I can highly recommend James, Helen & the team at Odos. We purchased a property through them recently and, throughout the whole process, they were professional, helpful and always on hand. James went above and beyond to liaise with the other side and their solicitors and we couldn't have got the deal done on time without his help & a special mention to Helen for all her help on 'moving day'. I have already recommended Odos to somebody I know who is selling a property and I would definitely use them again.
