GoogleI spent the last 2 to 3 weeks dealing with Alexandra and Carmen from find property solutions. I turned up to view the property with the agent but they did not have the keys so was unable to view the room having taken half a day off work. Since then we have been back and forth and eventually I saw a photograph of the room. After consideration I decided to pay the holding fee, reference check etc. Only then I found out they put the rent up from what I was originally told... I then spoke to Alex the next day but by magic the rent went up again for a third time!
I would not recommend this agency, as it appears the don't really know what they are doing, and I feel very messed about which has caused a lot of stress and waste of TIME....

We regret that during your initial viewing, the bedroom could not be accessed due to key availability, although you were able to view the rest of the property. We fully appreciate how important it is to see the entire space when making such a decision and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, particularly as you took half a day off work for the viewing.
With regard to the pricing, there appears to have been some confusion around which room you were enquiring about. The price itself did not change three times, but we appreciate that this may have caused some misunderstanding and frustration.
Our aim is always to provide clear communication and a smooth application process, and we are sorry that your experience did not reflect this. Your feedback is important to us, and we are using it to further improve our service.

GoogleI had an absolutely terrible experience with Find Property and would never recommend their services to anyone. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. I faced financial loss due to the breaking of my room contract, which was handled in an unprofessional and careless manner.
The staff especially Alex and Carmen were really rude, adding to my stress instead of resolving the issues. Despite repeated requests, they failed to sort things out properly or even offer a reasonable solution. This caused me significant mental and emotional distress, and they showed no empathy or willingness to take accountability.
Their lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from Find Property.

GoogleThis Company has created costs and utilise companies to rectify works owned by the same directors to charge costs and deduct from deposits without merit. Avoid at all costs if you dont want to be ripped off. Really obnoxious lady who purports to be a Direct (but is not) who is rude, bullying and offensive in her communications. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Update to review - even though Find Property Solutions did not recognise this matter (further concerns to be aware of the deceit), I am please to state that following MyDeposits involvement, Find Property Solutions had to return all of the withheld deposit as MyDeposits found entirely in favour of the tenants!!!! Do not allow them to bully you or fabricate deductions at the end of the tenancy. Ensure you have concise records at the commencement of tenancies.

GoogleAvoid buying or renting any property listed with Find Property Solutions at all costs. I recently bought a property through them and have had nothing but problems. Throughout the process I was misled, lied to, and kept in the dark on multiple occasions.
At every stage there has been an issue, and time and time again Find tried to keep them hidden from me. They made promises and asked for "Trust" but did little to keep these and then simply refuse to help any further. Every appointment I had relating to the property, they were late for. They consistently ignored emails and their phones usually went to voicemail.
Find caused increased amounts of extra stress throughout. At no point did I feel like they cared or wanted to help and seemed like they would say anything to get the sale through whether or not it was true.

The only slight delay was at your second viewing, when roadworks meant we arrived just as you did.
