Fees were so competitive, topped with no tie in to a set period in the contract, which lead to me appointing Farr & Farr - best decision made as I never felt alone in the process ever. We had several viewings immediately over the first few days of going on the market and the firm offers from the buyers within the first 5 days! The property was empty and I was not local, but Craig and Mel and the rest of the team always kept an eye on things and notified me at all times of any viewings, additional visits etc! I felt I had a great rapport and trust with all especially Craig! I would definitely recommend you don’t go anywhere else, you want to sell your property or look to buy, you don’t find a better Agent than Farr and Farr!!

GoogleFirst inital viewing was good then it spirelled as soon as our offer got accepted. From then onwards we received nothing but bad service. The chain broke multiple times and we weren't told anything (sneaky) they didn't give us updates when we asked specifically for them once a week. We found ourself constantly chasing them up as they wouldn't reply to emails, eventually after 6 months of chaos we started looking elsewhere, luckily we did as our vendor pulled out.

No matter who I was lucky enough to talk to, everyone was so friendly; clearly explaining everything to me in a supportive and non judgemental way. As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions, but couldn't have asked for anything more! I was fortunate to have a simpler case (no chain on either side). But I and everyone are simply blown away to have everything completed from offer to completion in less than 9 weeks. GoogleThe team at Farr & Farr have been amazing! After 22 years in the same property, my mum made the move to be closer to us. The ladies booked a viewing for a property mum had spotted on a walk, the booking was the very next day. They were accommodating, no pushy sales, the lady who showed us around was lovely and knew lots about the property. When we placed an offer, the team worked with us and the seller to agree a price and how quick we could proceed. The sale took only 6 weeks and we were updated weekly. Mum received a hamper when she completed, which she was over the moon with, such a kind thought. We would highly recommend Farr & Farr.
