Thank you! From start to finish Angela at the Woodseats branch was helpful, communicative and transparent throughout. Buying my first home could have been confusing and complicated but Reed Rains made this feel super easy, answering all my questions and liaising with my solicitor.

TrustpilotThis is my first time with an estate…
This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

Since the manager David Gardener left the business, I have had nothing but problems whilst trying to sell my mothers property. Would not recommend Grimsby branch at all.

TrustpilotExcellent Service with one Criticism
Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

TrustpilotNot quite a good experience
We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also. The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency. The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

I recently dealt with the Morley Branch for my rental and they were brilliant. Niamh was especially helpful, she was there for me throughout the whole process. She’s an asset to the team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!!

TrustpilotCancelled utilities
Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.
Hi Lynn,I'm sorry you have not been pleased with the service you've received from Reeds Rains. Customer service is of paramount importance to us. Please let us know which branch it is you had dealings with?Kind regards,Reeds Rains
