GoogleFine unless you need them to actually do anything. Nearly a month on from trying to get a deposit returned, no return contact, excuses and promises of phone calls back not being fulfilled. Joke of a branch.

GoogleI sold my house through Reeds Rains Glengormley and also purchased my new house through them. I will 100% use them again and will recommend them ongoing!! I had two other local estate agents out to value my property and went with Reeds Rains because Barry showed genuine interest in getting me the best price as well as a lot of positivity and enthusiasm. Reeds Rains also managed to sell it for 15k than the other two recommended putting it up for sale for! They might not be all over social media locally which part of me thought would be a downside but I was definitely wrong! When buying my new property, Barry and Mark pushed it forward as much as they could and I honestly couldn't recommend the team anymore! Brilliant!

GoogleWas selling my parents house through Reed Rains as they had to down size and they made the whole process a lot easier for them and showed clients round and answered all questions which saved myself having to come down every time I dealt mostly with Mark McLean who had built a good rapport with the family had a few laughs but also did a first rate job of taking the stress out of selling the house Would definitely deal with them if I was selling or buying in the future Thanks for a great job well done to the whole team in Glengormley

GoogleBeware! Very poor estate agents, I rented a house for 1 year, they have kept part of my security deposit saying the landlord held it back, on talking to the landlord she knew nothing of it, am currently taking legal proceedings.
We know how frustrating it can be when waiting for a deposit to be returned but, as we have reiterated and confirmed in your signed Terms and Conditions and MyDeposits declaration, we cannot legally release the holding deposit to any tenant without the landlord giving full authority. Any attempt to do so would breach the agreement, signed by you, between you and the landlord. We look forward to the opportunity of explaining this in due course.

GoogleWill book you for a viewing a week in advance, then cancel the viewing without telling you, then delete their post on property pal and forget you even exist. Not the kind of place you want to do business with, i dread to think what they would be like during a tenancy. Avoid

Beware! I have recently moved out of a property of theirs after 1 year, I spent months trying to get a load of rubbish moved out of the garden and attic, it took a threat of rent withholding to eventually get it done. After moving out they are now withholding a large part of my rent. The communication is diabolical. Do not rent from them.
