We have just sold our home via mcmillan in glengormley. 100% recommended them. We also used them to purchase our home 2 years ago, we really wouldn't use anyone else. The service is fantastic. Barry led us threw the process from start to finish. We never once felt like we were just dealing with a company, we felt like they actually cared that we found a home we would love. He cared that it all went smoothly and He listened to what we needed as a family. Not only did he help sell our home (it sold within 3 days) he also helped us with buying our next home even thou it was up for sale via a different estate agent. Their pricing is very realistic, they are very honest about what is achievable and what you should be paying to buy a home. We really valued Barrys opinion. If in the (distant) future we choose to move again we would definitely be using Mcmillan. For now thou I think we have found the perfect home for us.

Very special group of people. Got great practical advice about what to focus on when selling house. Got feedback after every viewing. house sold in under two weeks for a lot more than asking price. Buyer had crisis and fell through. McMillans sold it again in under two weeks for 10 k more than previous time. Stopped me panicking, and reassured me all through the process. They really had my back and seemed to have great data bank of buyers who had been looking in the area flocking to see the property as soon as it went up. Did not expect it all to move so quickly . Have recommended them to lots of people already who have thanked me, they go above and beyond what anyone could expect. Fantastic service, fantastic people and fantastic price. I initially enquired to view an apartment I was interested in, fairly tentatively. I was met by Janice at the apartment, clearly a happy, loyal and committed employee of McMillans. She was positive, informative and every detail she supplied me with was given in a friendly and transparent manner. This gave me great surety and I was confident enough to place an offer on the property that day. McMillans always came back to me promptly and with professionalism and efficiency, this ensured my first time buyer experience was seamless. From the initial offer until completion, I was treated respectfully and all my enquiries and calls were responded to in a supportive and patient manner, which I, as a first time buyer needed and appreciated. On the day I collected my keys, I was so touched by the gesture of a McMillans 'welcome to your new home pack'. A really nice touch from a classy firm of estate agents, who embody values of honesty, integrity and professionalism. I found the entire crew at McMillan Estate Agents, both property management and sales, to be professional, efficient, and friendly every step of the way. They managed my property for several years then Barrie handled the sale when the time came. The communication was exceptional. I never had to wonder what was happening during the process. I was always well informed! Not an easy task since we were dealing with an 8 hour time difference and a distance of 4,500 miles.

My sister and I recently worked with McMillan regarding the sale of our late mother's house. On our first meeting with McMillan to discuss putting the house on the market, Barrie gave us some good advice about what we could do to the house to encourage buyer interest. Once the house was ready to put on the market, McMillan were very quick to get the sign up, have the brochures printed and create an online presence on the various websites. During the bidding process, they were great at keeping us up-to-date and once the house was sale agreed, they also kept in regular touch with us until the completion date, and assisted with this process. We are very happy with the service we received from McMillan and would definitely recommend them.
