Country Estates recently sold my flat and I couldn’t be happier with the service. When the first buyers pulled out at the last minute, Sarah and Tyler were absolutely amazing they lined up viewings the very same day and had a new offer within the week. As I wasn’t there in person, they handled everything for me with absolute professionalism. Communication was always clear, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They truly went the extra mile every step of the way. If you’re looking to sell your home, I can’t recommend Country Estates highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish with country estates! We dealt with Tyler Peter and Sarah mainly in the Glengormley branch and they made the process of selling our house seamless. A very friendly team who were very responsive and kept us well informed throughout. Tyler took our pictures and did an excellent job too. Our house went on the market within 24 hours and sold in less than a week. They really show up the other estate agents in the local area!! I think I had dealt with everyone within the Glengormley branch of Country Estates when selling my house. Tyler was great when he came out to my house to talk me through the process of putting my home up for sale. He took photos when he was there which I was delighted with and my house went on the market within 24hrs. My property sold within a couple of weeks and Sarah, Peter and Tyler where great with keeping me up to date with prospective viewings and offers. Thanks again Country Estates Glengormley for making the whole process relatively stress free. I would definitely recommend 👌

I had a really positive experience with Country Estates. I used them to sell my property and buy a new property which I can highly recommend. Despite their being challenges at times, they kept me informed, reassured and nothing was a hassle. It definitely took a lot of stress out of the process and a special shout out to Sarah who no doubt had to keep me calm at times but I always knew where I stood with things. Can't recommend their services highly enough :)

I made an offer of £148,000 on a property in early January. I was later advised that the vendor would be happy with £150,000, so I arranged a second viewing. After reassessing the property, I decided to maintain my original offer based on its condition. Shortly afterwards(30 minutes), I was informed that another offer had been made at £150,000 and then increased to £152,000. I increased my offer once to £151,000 but chose not to go any higher. Later that day, I was told my offer had been accepted, which I found unexpected given the earlier information. Due to concerns about how the process had unfolded, I decided not to proceed. I was subsequently told the property sold for £152,000. Overall, the experience felt unclear at times and left me uncertain about the transparency of the negotiation process.

I could not recommend this company more highly. We are two weeks into our dream home and I'm convinced it wouldn't have happened without the knowledge and guidance of the folks at country estates. We had two houses to sell and a purchase that were all handled through country estates. They've employ some of the most competent and hard working people I've had the pleasure to deal with. They are always a delight to talk to and have enormous amounts of experience which help guide through the process. They are constantly on the ball and proactively follow up with solicitors/buyers/sellers. We had a tough time with multiple complications due to external reasons and they helped us navigate each with aplomb to get a fantastic outcome for everyone involved. Couldn't recommend Country estates more. Louden came and valued our house. It was nice and relaxed, we had a good chat we could tell he really knew his stuff, very knowledgeable. He then came back and took some brilliant, quality photos of the property for us. High praise for Lisa who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I mean she rang everyone she could to keep the whole thing going. We were selling our property to buy another house and without her I have no doubt it wouldn't have happened. She even phoned us on completion day while she was on annual leave to check in and make sure it went off without a hitch. Absolutely first class service provided by Stephen Johnson and Country Estates in selling my property. Stephen was very educated on the property market and house valuations when others were telling me my property was worth less. He said those prices were too low and gave me the correct figure to ask for. He kept me updated and informed at all times on progress during what was a challenging time with COVID-19 and it was a smooth sales process whereby I received Stephens suggested asking price within one week of the house being put up for sale. Thank you again for all your help. Can’t recommend Stephen any more and he would definitely be the person I would go to if selling again.
