GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Walker Wylie Estate Agents. The company's business model is a no-nonsense approach where I knew all the costs up front and the final payment was not made until the property was sold. Barry Walker produced an excellent brochure including super photos which captured the property at its very best. He also took care of all the viewing arrangements. The property was empty and Barry co-ordinated the work with the tradesmen which he sourced. I was kept informed of progress at every stage. COVID-19 placed an extra burden on events, but Barry carefully navigated the route so that when restrictions were lifted, the sale was concluded swiftly. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our property with Walker Wylie - a highly professional service, delivered in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, at a very reasonable price! The sales process was efficient and straightforward and we received clear and honest advice at all times. Walker Wylie arranged for our property photography and home report within 2 days and our property was up on the market within a further 3 days. Our property received plenty of interest and viewings and we found the online system for viewings and feedback to be very useful and easy to use. We received a number of offers on our property within the first few days and were happy with the final offer which we accepted. We were very impressed by the service delivered by Walker Wylie and would highly recommend them!

GoogleI called Barry really looking for guidance on an unusual case and felt a bit bad as the scenario meant it was unlikely he would make any money. Barry despite this gave professional advice, demonstrated he had fantastic local knowledge of the property market and has great contacts. Over the course of two days after making calls to these contacts he provided me with some excellent information and went so far above and beyond what would have been required it made me truly grateful. If I ever have any dealings in Glasgow again, this would be my first and only call. I cannot recommend enough.

GoogleMy friend had recommended Walker Wylie to sell my flat, so I arranged a consultation. Barry Walker was excellent. He was honest, realistic and didn't give me a sales pitch. He arranged everything very quickly and the the flat was on the market the following week. One of the great features Walker Wylie have is an online account where you can see arranged viewing and their feedback on the property. This kept us very informed. Within 5 days the flat was under offer. Unfortunately on our selling date the buyers pulled out very last minute. As soon as I found out I called Barry who was as shocked as me! He had the flat back on the market the same day and within a week the flat was under offer again. Walker Wylie have been brilliant, they are honest, knowledgeable and very proactive. I don't plan on moving ever again, but if I do then I will definitely use this estate agent.
