I cannot recommend Walker Wylie enough. They were so helpful in the recent sale of my flat. The buyer (no fault of Walker Wylie) didn't pay up on the agreed date of entry. After it was clear they were not going to buy the property, Allan and his colleagues sprang into action. they contacted all other buyers and secured the sale for us. I can't imagine any other estate agents doing such a fine job and being so damn friendly and helpful. They arranged viewings efficiently and were always easy to work with. 100% recommend. Please don't use anyone else to sell your home :-)

Great team at Walker Wylie Estate Agents. They helped my wife and me to sell a premises in the Glasgow area. The service was second to none and their prices were very competitive. Barry and Stuart are both extremely knowledgable and competent regarding the property market and can be relied on to make the right decisions. Their team provided us with great support throughout the sale. The company dealt with arranging the home report, the marketing, scheduling the viewings and being present for each viewing (and there were a lot of viewings!). I highly recommend Walker and Wylie to anyone selling their property. From start to finish Stuart Wylie had been very helpful in every aspect of selling a property. Our house was beautiful captured and the pictures posted online were big selling point attracting many viewers. Our house went live on the Friday evening and we had our first viewings on Sunday afternoon. An offer was accepted on closing date, less than two weeks. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out due to circumstances. I messaged Stuart who straight away contacted the solicitors of the other people who had put their offers on closing date. Luckily for us on the same day the first buyer pulled out another offer was accepted. Two months later we sold our house (over our home report). The level of professionalism from Stuart is outstanding.

We used Walker Wylie to sell our flat as first time sellers. What attracted us at first to Walker Wylie was the very clear business model they use which makes it easy to understand what you are getting and how much you'll pay. You also only pay the bulk of the cost after the sale which has obvious benefits. The high quality of their work including their photographs also impressed us. Barry visited us and he was very professional but also down to earth. There was no hard sell, just good information and advice provided. We spoke to several other estate agents but it was an easy decision to go with Walker Wylie. It was a very good decision as we were very impressed with every aspect of the service provided. Barry got everything done either on or before time and always over delivered. We were also kept up to date through our online account and via calls, texts and emails. In the end we very happily accepted an offer substantially above our home report value. I would highly recommend Walker Wylie to anyone selling a property. I don’t see how you could get a better service and at a set price that is extremely fair. We actually gave a bonus at the end as we felt it was deserved given the high level of service which was provided.

When we came to sell our flat we met with several different estate agents. We decided to hire Walker Wylie as Barry Walker was the most genuine, down to earth and explained everything clearly without it coming across as a sales pitch. Barry was enthusiastic, obviously very knowledgeable and offered an unbeatable price. We had a set time frame in mind and everything moved quickly and efficiently, with home reports and photographs done promptly. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Our full experience with Walker Wylie has been outstanding from start to finish. My house wasn't even on the market when we seen our dream home, which was being marketed by them. After calling them for information on the new home, I got them out to speak about marketing ours. Stuart was very professional so we decided to get them to put it on the market for us. This was done very quickly, with amazing photos and great descriptions. Only 2 days after it went on the market we had 3 viewings, 2 of which placed and offer and we accepted 1. So from first enquiry to offer, it was only a matter of 10 days. Now I'm no expert but I think this is an amazing achievement considering our house wasn't even on the market! I found there marketing fees very cheap considering the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling their home. Thank you Walker Wylie

My flat was valued and on the market within a week and sold a week later. The flat was presented beautifully in the advert and led to a high demand for viewings and a sale price well above my expections. Barry and Alan provided an excellent service from start to finish, they were always available to answer any queries and kept in regular contact with me.  As I had a high volume of viewings the online portal really helped to keep track of the schedule and was updated with feedback from each viewer the following day.
