GoogleBe cautious of what this company tells you. We rented from them on behalf of their client and an agent William Rennie has been so dishonest from day one. Told us wanted pictures of the property as Landlord wanted to see fitout but was actually to put property on sale which we found out through elsewhere. Then sent customers to view property without any warning, which was against terms of lease. This cost us our manager as he thought we were selling business and it wasn't just the property. Then yet again he was dishonest about requiring an electrical certificate from us, to sell property, saying it was for Insurance purposes when I specifically asked if it was to sell property. We knew he was lying but because I knew Landlord was really nice, I gave it to him for his sake. Spoke to Landlord, and half the things William told us he will pass to Landlord, the Landlord didn't even know about. Property has been sold that we are leasing for 10 years and this agent has still not informed us. Had to get confirmation myself from the Landlord and even he couldn't understand why they will lie about sale of the property.

GoogleI am a neighbouring property owner in Kirkcaldy and the property owned by a client of theirs - Sava Estates shares a communal fire exit route with ourselves. I was advised they would come back to myself after discussing with the client. I had got several quotes and provided it to them, I also told them if they have someone who can do it at the same quality and a better price I would be very happy to use that contractor. They do not care about the public safety in my opinion and if the fire route is causing an issue its not a concern for their client or themselves and its my issue - its a joint communal route. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company and to look elsewhere. Be very careful what dealings you have with this firm.
Hi Danny, sorry you were unhappy with the outcome however the information you had sent was forwarded to the property management agents for action. Unfortunately certain decisions are out-with our control and in some cases matters are left unattended to. All we can do is pass on Information for action to be taken. Your frustration is understandable as a neighbouring property owner with a unit which has ongoing issues, however the review is no way a reflection of ourselves as a company. GoogleI have dealt with TSA for a few years now and found them to be extremely professional and easy to deal with. Will has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and I don't have a bad word to say about them. I will continue to use their services and would highly recommend anyone to do the same.

GoogleRecently rented a property from TSA and found the agents to be excellent to deal with. We agreed terms fairly quickly after viewing and recieved the lease within the week. The handover all very smooth. Very good company to deal with. Had a couple of issues with the property after taking it and they assisted with a couple of repairs needed. Good team to deal with. Hopefully my business will grow from here and I would use them again
