Updated Rating Aug 2025: 1 Star Updated review Aug 2025: Since the new management has taken over, the quality of service here has dropped significantly. The entire building has faced frequent internet outages and hot water shortages, which are extremely frustrating. Parking is another issue, despite the very high cost of £195 per month, I often see random vehicles parked in the spaces, especially in the corner areas. While the space is small, it’s still good enough for vehicles to park properly, but these additional cars make it messy and inconvenient. On top of that, for more than two months the lifts were out of order. I even sent an email enquiry about this, but never received any response. That lack of communication just shows how poor their customer service really is. Overall, it has been a very bad experience living here. If you’re looking for a better place to live, I would strongly suggest looking at other apartments, this one is not worth it. ************************************** Last Rating Oct 2022: 5 Stars Last Review Oct 2022: My experience residing at Solasta Riverside in Glasgow has been nothing short of exceptional. With its riverside setting, I've been treated to picturesque views that change with the seasons, adding a touch of natural beauty to my daily routine. From the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. What truly sets Solasta Riverside apart is the attentive management and maintenance. Any concerns or queries I've had have been promptly addressed, making me feel well taken care of and valued as a resident.

Extremely Disappointed, Avoid if You Can My experience with Solasta Reverside has been extremely disappointing. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and at times downright disrespectful. Communication is poor, and any concerns raised were either ignored or met with attitude. The apartments themselves are overpriced for what you get. Despite the high rent, the quality and maintenance do not reflect the cost. You’re essentially paying luxury prices for a very average experience. To make matters worse, they do not honor their deposit return policy. Even after leaving the apartment in excellent condition, I was given excuse after excuse with no sign of a refund. It’s clear that getting your deposit back is more of a gamble than a guarantee. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere, there are much better-managed properties in the area that treat their tenants with basic respect and fairness.

Recently had a viewing at Solasta. Conor was outstanding and very helpful at explaining the process and telling me about Glasgow as a whole. Customer service was amazing and I felt respected the second I entered.

I stayed at this accommodation from 2023 to 2024. Overall, it was a decent place in terms of location and cleanliness. However, there were recurring issues, most notably the water heater kept turning off, and the internet connection was unstable and unreliable. Despite always paying my rent on time, my request to stay for another year in 2025 was denied simply because I’m a student, which was really disappointing. I expected better, especially after being a responsible tenant.

We had a wonderful stay at Solasta Riverside (2023-2024)! It's beautifully designed, spacious, and comes with all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect, in the city centre, making it super convenient for exploring and accessing everything nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great spot! Thank you Solasta, our first home in the UK!!

The water heater keeps breaking down, and this is very annoying. It hasn't happened just once, but repeatedly. It's extremely frustrating, and the weather is unbearably cold.

A very nice building with secure entry and staff on hand. However, the building has shown some cracks after living in it for half a year. Internet's gone out for a few days, hot water's stopped working, lots of small maintenance requests …

So far (3 days) so good. Water has good pressure and heats up efficiently. Heat in the flat works well. There's a large gym on the first floor! Also it's centrally located to all the restaurants and pubs.
