I would like to give special shoutout to Jodie Mullin, she's an absolute star and helped us with all queries and fixes in timely manner. Highly recommended and a huge thanks to the entire team!

GoogleI have been with Rosevale and its predecessor since 2017.I get generally excellent service. I have one point of contact for issues that come up and Jack is always exceptionally quick to respond and equally quick to find a solution to whatever current issue is. I would certainly give a very strong recommendation

GoogleI've been letting my apartment in Hyndland, Glasgow with Rosevale Letting for over a year now and have been delighted with the service provided. Only recently, there was a leak from my flat into the flat below, and Rosevale responded quickly and professionally, organising a plumber the same day and keeping me updated throughout. Communication has always been clear and timely, and they’ve made the process of letting my flat smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted by the property management team and accounts department. Particular thanks in recent months to Riccardo and Susan for all of their help. GoogleReliable and on top of everything. I don’t need to worry about tenants, rent collection or repairs as Rosevale look after everything for me . They organise all the necessary paperwork to be a Landlord and all tradesmen for repairs. They are very efficient and friendly. Very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them .

GoogleAVOID-always rented out no bother with a number of letting agencies but never came across 1like this, travelled a long way to view a house and applied twice with no response, so phoned up to be told they are still processing, so applied again and still nothing, not even a No or to say what's happening, can't believe anyone would deal with this lot.

GoogleTried to view 3 properties and on every occasion they have been unable to accommodate my professional work schedule. They work 9-5, so expect people who work these hours to leave work with very little notice. On one occasion the person I spoke to said 'their is plenty of people wanting to rent the property, so we don't need you to view it'. GoogleExtremely poor communication. Applied for a flat once and had to phone up to find out I was rejected. Then a fortnight later the same flat pops up again and applied again (not that the agent realised from the email chain) and the same happened again.
