A very big thank you to Davy! I contacted him back December due to my house my being on the market for months and not having any luck with offers despite it being walk-in condition. Davy was able to offer me free advice, took the time to explain where things could be improved and if I still didn’t have any luck he offered to sell the home for me. Quick Sale helped us sell our 1 bed flat which was in need of internal modernisation. After a few months on the market, we got two offers and ended up achieving over the home report and offer over asking price. Quick Sale are fantastic at connecting sellers with a variety of buyers, including people looking to buy to let and agents looking to flip properties around. The back office staff are just fantastic too. Davy attended our property and said yes he can sell it. Davy also said a realistic price unlike another estate agents that sat for 8 months with only a hand full of feet over the door! Quicksale said they would bring people over the door and they certainly did and within 1 month of being on there website 6 couples through the door and then an offer straight on the table.
