GoogleThis is undoubtedly the best letting agency in Glasgow. Caroline and Kerry are professional and kind. They treat tenants as people, they are respectful and efficient. We rented our flat in Glasgow with them and they were always available to help us, they treated us with care! The communication was just perfect and they were always helpful. They also released the deposit just a few days after our tenancy contract ended. Caroline is a beautiful person who really cares about tenants and is always happy to help. 5 stars is the minimun we can give them as they have made our stay in Glasgow an absolute pleasure! We highly recommend them.

GoogleI’ve had a very poor experience with Premier Let Agency. The agents were extremely rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninformed about the property they were managing. Despite my property being available for let for over four months, they failed to respond promptly to potential tenants or provide meaningful updates. Communication was consistently poor, and I felt that they showed little interest in actually letting the property. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a proactive or professional letting service

GoogleRented a property through Premier Let for just shy of 6 years. During that time the original landlord sold the property to someone who was purchasing the flat as buy to let. Premier Let took care of everything and helped me through the transition ensuring I wasn't evicted. My rent was very reasonable with only one small increase during my full stay and that was mere months before I moved out. I left the property purely because we needed a bigger one for our expanding family. Couldn't recommend the ladies enough, every issue in the property was rectified quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were friendly and kind and always had time for a wee chat when visiting the property/ on the phone to them.
