ο»ΏOur company received first class Mortgage Broker support from Craig at Pacitti Jones, Shawlands.
The Mortgage process was more complicated for a Limited Company Buy-to-let Mortgage (which also required Independent Legal Advice for each of our 3 Directors).
Craig guided us through all of this, quickly assessing our needs, then identifying a suitable lender and product - to deliver a Mortgage in Principle in a few days. This enabled us to submit a successful Offer for a property (initially identified by Jennifer McMillan, Pacitti Jones Lettings Manager).
Following the acceptance of our initial Offer, Craig pulled out all the stops to deliver a Limited Company Buy-to-let Mortgage, at a very competitive rate - and within a very tight timeframe, otherwise the property would have been re-marketed.
This was well supported by the Legal and Conveyancing Team at Pacitti Jones West End Branch and by Irim Hussain, who also delivered very effective and timely Independent Legal Advice at the Shawlands Branch.
Craig was really first class throughout, with nothing too much trouble and going that extra mile to overcome obstacles and deliver on time.
We have no hesitation in recommending Craig Paterson for excellent Mortgage Broker advice, support and delivery - and at very good value for money.
We were also very impressed by the comprehensive package of Legal and Lettings Agency support provided by Pacitti Jones.

GoogleWe had a really good service from Laura, Julie, Craig and the team at Pacitti. They were incredibly helpful with advice prior to even putting our property on the market and once on the market, kept in regular contact via phone and email to update us on progress. Their portal tool is very useful in seeing the interest on your property with details about the viewers.
Our sale was a bit of a slog at times but Laura in particular persevered and we got there in the end. We would recommend Pacitti to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleOrganised a flat viewing through Pacitti Jones. Originally these flats were listed for sale, but when we contacted them they informed us theyβd decided just to rent it out instead. Weird, but fine. We arrived later that day at the agreed time, only to be told a lease had been signed for the flat days before? They insisted we view a βsimilarβ flat which was absolutely nothing like the one we were booked to view. The other people viewing the flat at the same time as us had been promised a viewing of a third flat which actually didnβt exist and had been incorrectly listed. Completely wasted our time. I can only imagine this level of ineptitude extends to their estate agency and property management services. Avoid this shower of clowns like the plague.

GoogleI was very pleased with the service provided in the marketing of my flat by Paccitti Jones Shawlands office.
Their surveyor Craig Jamieson was very thorough and professional.
He made some very useful suggestions about changes which would enhance the saleability of the flat.
Beth Dunlop our sales consultant was very competent and a delight to deal with. Other members of staff were equally helpful when I called their offices.

GoogleThis is the second time I've used pacitti jones for buying and selling a house and again great customer service. Beth is a good communicator, very informative, quick to respond. Craig was very knowledge too and explained the process really well. The seller login is a good tool where you can see viewings and other useful information. It would be good if you could add a calender to set viewing times. I would definitely use pacitti jones again in the future.

Book a viewing and was told I'd receive a confirmation - no confirmation received.
Book in for an "open house viewing", due to the "significant interest". Arrive 10 minutes after the viewing starts and the agent has left. Told nothing can be rescheduled for days.
I would not recommend listing your property with this company. Potential sale lost.
*edit to their reply*: I 100% used this estate agent. I was told multiple other interested parties would be viewing the property at the same time as me. Whether or not they call this an "open house" is semantics. AVOID.

Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately, at Pacitti Jones, we do not operate open viewings. Most agents in the west donβt use this sales tactic, this is normally reserved for property sales on the east coast. I believe you have the wrong estate agent on this occasion. Kind Regards.

GoogleWe have bought and sold through Pacitti Jones Burnside and was extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with throughout the whole experience. From the initial meeting with Paul who impressed with his knowledge of the local area and the housing market, to Salem who took fantastic photos of our property and Megan who has been an absolute star throughout the whole process I cannot fault them at all. Our first sale fell through as a result of a really long property chain so we didnβt want that second time around. Never felt any pressure from Megan to sell our house quickly. She supported us throughout and was very much in our corner the whole time.
We used Pacitti Jones for conveyancing as well, for buying and selling. James and Ifet from the Shawlands office were our solicitors for that aspect and again was very impressed with both of them. Very thorough and kept us informed of everything.
We also used Dougal to arrange our mortgage and with the current climate with interest rates and criteria changing constantly as well as our own personal circumstances he had his work cut out for him! It wasnβt an easy process but he was fantastic throughout and really worked hard for us to get the best deal possible.
I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with in Pacitti Jones, many of their staff have worked for the company for years and that definitely helps, they have a detailed knowledge of the local area and house prices. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous and would highly recommend them if you are moving house.

GoogleDecided to pay a price premium instead of opting for an online estate agent, because we thought it might entail a service premium: thorough administration, better marketing and expert advice during offer consideration and negotiations.
None of that happened. We had to chase them ourselves in every step of the process, they managed to generate very little interest for good property in Glasgow city center, and the only person who gave us "advice" after signing the sole selling rights agreement was the receptionist who answered the phones. We did not hear from the negotiator at all while in negotiations.
So, all in all, they got the property sold, which is why they are getting 2 stars, but we had to chase them a lot, do a lot of the legwork and received no added value compared to online agents.

GoogleThis review is from a sellers point of view. Not yet sold the property, it's only been on the market a couple of weeks.
However, the following downsides have been noted:
Don't have a proactive approach.
Seem too laid back.
Feels like a bare minimum approach to service.
Takes too long to get back to emails.
Has to be prompted for feedback on viewings.
Finding it hard to note the upsides as generally the service is underwhelming. Annoyingly, thought I'd done my research on who to go with pretty well. Starting to wish I'd gone with the other guys.
