Moving Estate Agents Glasgow reviews

I don’t even know where to start, but firstly, this is undeniably the most professional yet friendly and relatable estate agents we have ever come across. The staff are true professionals whilst being friendly and approachable, and knowledgeable about the Glasgow housing market. We viewed a property Moving had listed and we fell in love, our journey started there and we decided to use Moving for the sale of our west end flat. The team at Byers road were able to get James out to do an initial valuation within 2 days and then once we were happy we booked In our photographs and virtual tour to be done by Alex the end of the week. 5 days later our flat was put on the market and after only 5 days…it was SOLD. Lesley was our agent throughout the whole process, however all of the team were absolutely tremendous. Any time we needed to call for advice or had any questions they were there with an answer for you. Emails replied to on time, no waiting around endlessly for call backs and chasing people up, just good honest hard working staff who genuinely want to help you buy or sell your home (in our case both!). I do not intend on moving home ever again as this is our dream forever home, however if I was too recommend to anyone, I would 100% recommend the team at Moving Estate Agents. If it wasn’t for this amazing team we wouldn’t be renovating our forever dream home.! Thank you all so much, you’ve helped change our lives. X

5-Star Review for Moving, Excellent Conveyancing Service. We recently used Moving for our conveyancing needs, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring, exactly what you need during what can often be a stressful time. A huge thank you to the team, Alex and Lyndsay were always professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. We would however, especially like to recognise Lesley, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, proactive updates, and calm, friendly approach made a real difference and gave us great confidence every step of the way. If you’re looking for a conveyancing team that combines expertise with exceptional client care, and deliver excellent results for their clients, we would wholeheartedly recommend Moving. Thank you all so much for everything.

Lesley was a great support from start to finish during my property sale. She kept me updated at every stage and provided valuable advice and guidance in moving my sale forward. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to use Moving Estate Agents as a result of the great service that Lesley provided.

When it came time to sell my peach of a Glasgow West End flat i needed an estate agent that would literally get moving. The market was disrupted immediately by another Covid scare just before Christmas. But Christine at Moving kept going. As a small local agent moving really took care of me, ensuring that glitches were ironed out and opportunities for viewings were seized. When the right buyers came along she helped me get the best price. Many estate agents would simply sit back, but Moving as their name suggests, ate highly proactive. Christine was available day and night and on the (very) odd occasion she was not, her colleagues were just as responsive at the Byres Road Branch. I would recommend Moving without hesitation.

Lynn helped sell our property in Robroyston. When we met with several estate agents, Lynn’s professionalism and knowledge stood out a mile. We are so glad we sold with Moving. Both Lynn and Christine were available at any time and constantly kept us up to date. They even managed to sell our property for us for a second time over Christmas when our first sale fell through due to buyers not being able to get mortgage. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Worth every penny.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I could not have been more impressed by the outstanding service received from Lynn and her team. They are always contactable and will let you know as soon as there is any update. Lynn worked extremely hard to provide us with a professional service and showed her tenacity in selling our home at closing date whilst securing the best possible price. I would not hesitate to recommend Moving Estate Agents to anyone and they would be my no.1 choice should we ever chose to move again.
