GoogleImpossible to communicate with. Especially for working people. My life as a tenant with them was a nightmare. I needed to deal with this organisation as an outsider, I have no idea how they communicate with professionals, but it makes sense now, why there are so many social difficulties in their properties ... they dont answer their phones!

GoogleActually Wheatley group castlemilk, I have just spent the best hour with a money advisor in there Dougrie drive office. Her name is Laura Mortomer. She is so sweet curteous and professional at her job. All the big wigs should watch her work. Maybe a credit to the whole group. Thank you laura

GoogleDon't answer their phones, some of their vans are driven like they were stolen, the joys of being publicly funded and not giving a jot, glad I'm not a "customer" because I would choose another company.

GoogleExtremely unhelpful lowther Homes agents. Customer service agents also very rude. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Planned to get a home with them but after the awful service received I will definitely go elsewhere.
