We did have some initial problems with our tenancy, but all were solved by the amazing staff, and Lei especially, who not only responded to us very quickly but remained thorough, professional and extremely warm and welcoming- We really appreciate all she did for us! One thing I would say is to ensure the property is thoroughly checked before new tenants moved in as our problems were with the initial condition of the apartment which had not been cleaned. However these issues were solved quickly.

Make some inquiries on some properties to buy, had a phone call from them.....can't believe how arrogant, obstructive, (FROM THE VERY START) they are -
if you don't even answer the questions properly ( to there liking ) they won't even let you view the property.
very hard pushing tactics, very rude, very OBNOXIOUS, if they more customer focused the possibility to view a property they may have some more viewings for vendors.
I really don't understand why vendors use this company they are actually deterring viewings from there very rude phone calls

Trustpiloti tried to buy 3 different properties…
i tried to buy 3 different properties with this company, and ALL 3 have been a disaster. The 1st property I tried to buy was sold as a 2-bedroom flat, but the 2nd bedroom had no windows, so it can't be a bedroom, the 2nd property, I was told the service charge was 25 pounds a month; when i questioned it, it turned out it was 148 pounds a month, the 3rd property i tried to buy sounds great, but i paid the 3,000 fee on the 9th of April, and am still far from completion, when i contact them, Tom always seems to be busy, i will get him to ring you back, that call never comes, i sent the relevant forms last wednesday, for a refund of my monies, this can take a couple of days, 5 days later ive heard nothing, i was warned by my Soilicitors and the Nat-West bank about this company, i should have took there advce, the prices of there properties are great, but thats where it ends, please save yourselfs and DO NOT use this company!!
