GoogleCraig and his team have undertaken letting agency work and estate agent work for myself over several years, most recently selling a property on my behalf. Craig is extremely knowledgeable in this field and approached all aspect with a professional and friendly manner. In terms of both processes Craig offered excellent advice and support throughout. The process of letting and conveyancing would have been challenging if it had not been for Craig's support. Not only are they knowledgeable in this field but they offer competitive rates. I am extremely grateful for all his professional support. I would totally recommend Craig and his team. I extend a big thank you to Craig and his team for all the work they undertook.

GoogleCraig and his team have now sold two properties in Glasgow for me over the last 12 months. On both occasions Craig's knowledge of the market and wide reach to buyers, meant both sales were quick and I believe were at a higher value than what other estate agents could achieve. Great communication and always happy to help. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI would give 10 stars if I could. Craig and his team helped me sell my rental property. The process was easier than I could have ever hoped. Hassle free, quick, minimal input from me. Craig just made it happen and I was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

GoogleI’ve used the services of Landlords Estate Agent to both buy and sell property in the past year. From initial valuations to final closing, Craig’s professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Not only did he provide invaluable guidance throughout the entire process, he kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any concerns I had quickly. He was always available to answer my questions and provide support, making the entire selling experience as stress-free as it could be. Unlike other estate agents I’d used previously, Craig provided a personalised service and appeared to genuinely care about securing my best interests. I highly recommend the services of LEA to anyone considering selling or buying their property!
