GoogleDear Kirkstone Property Management,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from your team today.
I called to enquire about the shop on 147 Dumbarton Rd, Glasgow G11 6PT, only to be bluntly told it had already been let. I can accept that, properties get taken. However, what I cannot accept is the utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown thereafter. When I asked a perfectly reasonable question, the rental price of the property, the response I received was, “I don’t know.” How is it possible that a representative of a property company has no information about a listing, past or present? If this is the level of knowledge your staff hold, it is deeply concerning.
To make matters worse, your staff member abruptly ended the call without so much as a goodbye, apology, or any offer to assist further. This level of rudeness and indifference is completely unacceptable from any professional service, let alone one managing property listings.
I have spoken to other agents about shops that are also under offer, and they were more than willing to provide me with useful details and courteous service. Your company, on the other hand, seems to operate with a complete disregard for customer experience or basic decency.
I expect a formal apology and a full explanation for this disgraceful interaction. If this is how potential clients are treated, it speaks volumes about how your business operates overall.

GoogleVery poor experience with Kirkstone Properties. I enquired about a property and waited several days for a reply. After responding, I heard nothing back again until I chased it up by phone. When I spoke to Shahzad, he sounded disinterested, was short on the call.
I followed up a few days later by email. Again, no reply. The poor communication and lack of effort says a lot about this company.
