The most difficult experience I've ever had with a letting agency and I've been renting around Glasgow for years.
They messed us around, never knew what was going on when we called. And then lied about having called me and my flatmates about a property. So we lost out on the flat.
I've not not had so much confused, unreliable and disappointing letting service in my life.
I would not recommend gspc ltd at all, the only silver lining is that we will not have to work with them ever again.

GoogleThey were easy to work with when we were moving in and everyone we dealt with has been lovely but upon moving out we had to wait 3 months to get our deposit back and even though when we called them we were repeatedly told they would fix the issue and we should have the money back within a day or two, in reality it took multiple calls and emails from us to have them sort it out. GoogleThe worst letting agent I’ve ever dealt with. Was lied to consistently throughout the process of trying to let a property. Some of it could be linked to incompetence, unprofessionalism or apathy but several things were directly untrue. They always said the right thing and not once did they follow through over an entire month. I’m sitting a month later having let from a much better company still not having heard back after being promised a call within 24 hours.
