GoogleEve Property have been first class with letting our house and then going on to selling. The whole team are very helpful and keep regularly in touch making the whole process as easy as possible for us. A special mention must go to Conor who has gone the extra mile chasing up the solicitor and keeping us informed on an almost daily basis. I would 100% recommend this company.

GoogleEve Property and their staff are very helpful. I came from a foreign country and barely knew anyone in Scotland so it meant so much to me that the staff of Eve Property made me feel welcomed, secure and comfortable. The last thing they made me feel is that I am ‘just a tenant’. In return, I felt like the place I was renting was really my home and it made me take care of it more as if it was mine. There was a time that I was stuck in another place and parcels came for me. Due to the pandemic I could not take the parcel in the flat and the staff of Eve Property kindly did that for me without hesitation. What an amazing group of people. If there were any scheduled maintenance, they would make sure that these are at my most convenient time to avoid disturbing me. I can go on and on about how secure I felt with them. They are very friendly. I really think this is important because half of the journey in renting a property is your relationship with the landlord/agency. It doesn’t matter if the house is luxurious but if agents make you feel like an outsider, it will never feel like a home. For me, my flat was a home because it was clean, cozy, and Eve Property has made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this amazing team. Special thanks to Colleen who spearheaded all of this experience for me.

Eve property sold our house in a matter of days, facilitated the viewings and ensured we were updated every step of the way. Colleen has continued her excellent communications whilst progressing the sale, answering any questions along the way with an open and honest attitude. FacebookIf you're selling your house, you need to use Eve Property. The friendly service and professionalism of all at Eve Property is second to none. From our first meeting with Colleen, we knew that the sale of our house would be in very safe hands. The advert for our home was to a very high standard, warm, welcoming and inviting to all. Colleen did the viewings for our home and kept us up to date at all times. We were made to feel that our home was the only home that Eve Property had on the market and that level of personalism is something that is very hard to come by in the sellers market, we weren't just a number, our home mattered. We can't thank Eve Property enough for marketing and selling our home. We highly recommend Eve Property for their excellent service from beginning to end.

FacebookWe used EVE Property when letting our flat. As first time landlords, we really didn’t know what was required of us with regards to health and safety. Thankfully, Colleen has a wealth of knowledge. She gave us great advice and put us in touch with some excellent tradespeople who very quickly installed the appropriate equipment and carried out the relevant checks and surveys. We highly recommended EVE Property, thanks Colleen.

She is a very friendly, approachable person and doesn't make you feel like you're being a hindrance, no matter how many times you call her or how many questions you ask. Her social media interaction is definitely a major benefit over other estate agents - she does everything possible to get the properties out there. Very competitive prices and a really positive and professional outlook throughout - considerably cheaper than another, more 'well known' estate agent and we achieved far more going through Eve than what that same other estate agent suggested we'd get too.
