I’ve just come to the end of a 6.5yr tenancy and wanted to share the positive experience I’ve had with this letting agent. Throughout the entire time, they were consistently responsive and easy to communicate with. Any queries I had were always handled promptly and clearly, with the team taking the time to explain things when needed. Everyone in the office was approachable, professional, and respectful, which made a real difference over such a long tenancy. A special thank you to Leanne, Nicola, Paul, and Keith for their support over the years, it’s been genuinely appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I recently moved out of a flat I rented through Brunswick letting and couldn’t have had a better experience. Richard is so approachable and knowledgeable - he clearly takes very good care of the properties that he manages. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with - they always replied super promptly and politely. I only moved out of the property due to buying my own place, but would definitely rent via Brunswick if I ever need to in the future and would recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

They give a great first impression, very friendly both on the phone and in person. It changed once I had signed the contract. When the heating broke, they said it would be minimum a week before they could even send somebody out to look at it. When I said I wouln't pay full rent that month if I go weeks without heating they were suddenly able to send somebody out the same day! This was typical. I left them as soon as my contract was up. Dont be fooled by first impressions.

I have been a tenant for many years and rented through various companies. Brunswick blows them all out of the water. I was a tenant with Brunswick for around 2 years. Renting with Brunswick has been hassle free and a great experience as a tenant. They are an example of how it should be done. All the staff are friendly, experienced and professional. Richard Cowan was very unfair with the deposit amount being returned. Wouldn’t recommend these agents as they don’t treat you fairly. Deduction for a professional cleaner even though this should be standard in between tenants. I believe this was out of spite due to leaving so soon, as we left the place in excellent condition. Clearly being picky for the sake of it!

My partner and I have been living in our current let for almost two years and are so impressed with and grateful for Brunswick as our landlord and agent. The few issues we have had like a dicky switch, leaky radiator, or boiler making a weird noise, Brunswick promptly arranges someone to come and sort it. We’re always surprised at how quick they are to fix any problems we have, big or small. We wanted to replace our thermostat to make it easier to monitor and save money on gas, and as it was around Christmas we just wanted to let me know and expected to sort it in the new year, but it was sorted and paid for way before Christmas Eve. We keep the property clean and dry, and they go out of their way to help us. We have a lot of respect for them as landlords because they are so unlike the ones you hear horror stories about. If you’re ever dithering about renting from Brunswick, rest assured they are reliable and respectable. Heads above the rest.

Our rent was put up already in the space of a year then we had a visit from an agent trying to convince us to put our rent up by another £200. Then told us we had to leave because landlord wanted to sell. Gave us no help with finding a new flat in a hard rent economy atm. Also any maintenance issues were sorted pretty quick but then that stopped for some reason and we had to sort stuff ourself.

I rented with Brunswick for over 3.5 years until I needed to relocate to a different city for work.
