GoogleI needed to sell my house which had been on the market for over three years. I then decided to try and sell via the auction route. I contacted Danny at Brighton and Beck . I am so pleased I did . He was great right from the start making the whole selling process easy for me. He took care of everything in a professional and efficient manner. I sold it in the first auction and then everything was settled in 28days. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Danny again.

GoogleDo not give these guys your phone number or email address, they will spam you with property adverts with no method of unsubscribing, and do nothing even after asking them to stop twice. I had to manually block their phone and email address. Use another auctioneer if you can

2nd time selling property with Brighton & Beck and Danny & Mark were amazing provided an excellent service and both property’s were sold within 10 day. Claire also provided an excellent service with viewers and kept us updated throughout whole process until closing date. Definitely recommend to all my family & friends and use again :)

Lettings Agent Amy Poolman has spent the last 3 months trying to find me a tenant. The only success she had stayed 2 weeks, because he couldn't afford to pay the rent. This was despite Amy telling me that his references were all fine. She didn't forward either the lease or the references for me to check over, as I'd requested, so assumed she knew her job.Since then, all she could offer me were Housing Benefits receivers, which I'd already said were not who we were looking for.I told her that I'd be looking for a different Estate Agent, to see if they had better luck, and she refused to send me MY keys back. A phone call to the Police and Trading Standards is in order, methinks!

Lettings agent Amy Poolman has been trying to find us a tenant for 3 months, and the one person she found, moved out within two weeks, because his mum said that he didn't have enough money to pay the rent. She was poor about keeping me updated on progess, didn't send me a copy of trhe lease or other documents I requested to see, and the property is still empty. Living in London, it's necessary to rely on estate agents to find tenants. Now that I have told her that I will be registering with another agent, to see if they have better luck, she is refusing to send the keys back to me!! Looks like the police and Trading Standards will need to be informed.
