Outstanding Service

Highly recommend Bellus to sell your home! Joe was highly professional, approachable and friendly. From the very start he made the selling process quick, smooth and easy. He explained everything in detail, always kept us up to date and we were really pleased with the pictures that he took of our house. I never felt the need to chase up any information and the fantastic marketing of our property helped to ensure that it sold at closing within 1 week! Our very first experience of selling a property and we are so glad that we chose Bellus to do it.

We have sold two houses with Bellus and achieved a higher than expected sale price both times. This is particularly true of our last property where the initial valuation provided by Joe was much higher than other estate agents suggested. Being honest, I was a little skeptical that we would achieve the value being suggested. However, the home report came back at around the value the agent expected and we ended up getting around 20% more than the home report on top of that. We’ve recommended Bellus to many family members in the past and they’ve all had very similar experiences. We’d have no hesitation recommending Bellus to anyone who is considering them to sell their home.
