GoogleAbsolutely horrific, the owner is incredibly rude to tenants, refuses to sort out repairs and breaks the code of practice frequently. I have had to endure months of trying to get one appliance fixed and suffer continual personal attacks and ableism when he was asked to actually do his job. They have not checked the boiler or done any maintenance the entire time I've been here well over a year, no idea what they are charging the Landlord and what they tell him it's for. As both a Landlord in the area and Tenant I am disgusted by this company and do not recommend it used in either capacity.

Be-Rented undertook block viweing of this West End property due to demand. We booked six initial viewings and time was based on date/time of initial enquire.
We had over 30 enquires. The enquires that we did not book in the initial viewing were advised that should the property not let
Be-Rented would revert back and book then in in a second block viewing.
The person that viewed first in the day reserved! Unfortunatley the other five viewings did not get the opportunity to reserve and this person did not get the opportunity to view on arrival as was already reserved. They were in the first block viewing slot.

GoogleLive more that two year an flat Be-rented managed. Overall good services. Quick response for rent and any repair requirements as well as help for sort out noise nuisances from neighbours. Most repair need the landlord for approval but normally most repair finish about one week. Also, friendly to provide free reference for my next landlords.
