I cannot thank Lorna enough for the incredible support she gave me throughout my house buying journey. She was always here to support and help, making me feel prioritized and informed every step of the way. Lorna offered great advice that was truly instrumental in finding the perfect place. I absolutely love my new house, and thanks to Lorna, I feel I got all great service and support from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!

I have bought 2 properties with Gavin and Arrowhead after trying 3 different well reviewed mortgage brokers and from my experience I can say that they are by far the best on the market. Where others fall short with late replies and lack of attention to detail Gavin and his team excel, with the combination excellent knowledge, very timely replies and honesty (everything is discussed and there are no surprise charges). If you are looking to Buy/Sell a property or to have your rental properties managed, I believe Arrowhead offers the best service at very competitive prices.

The words ‘Thank you’ genuinely aren't enough. Not only did they sell my home for me but they brought my dream home into my life. Gavin is amazing, friendly, approachable and completely dedicated to his clients. Nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Hayley who organised all the viewings on my home and got it sold super quick. And Thomas, well, he is fantastic!! Buying my new home was not a smooth process (no fault of Arrowhead) and he battled through for us every step of the way. Calling us on his days off and in the evenings to ensure we got the best deals etc he really did go above and beyond for us. I am so so happy that I chose Arrowhead. I would HIGHLY recommend. If I ever move again in the future this is the company I would use. Fantastic prices, professional service and wonderful people to speak to. THANK YOU!!!

Gavin came highly recommended from someone else who had sold a property through him. He was very professional from first contact and always fast to answer any queries. Was great with kids too which is what you want when you are going to be marketing your property to other families. I was also surprised at how low his fees were in comparison to other estate agents that quoted me. If you need a good and reliable estate agent, Gavin's your man!

I bought property to rent out got in touch with arrowhead due to great reviews. Gavin and his team did a great job. Gavin came to view the property quickly and took his valuable time to give me some tips. Kasim took excellent photos, and Hayley kept me informed about potential tenants viewing the property. I had worked with another real estate agency before, and I must say that Arrowhead’s customer care is at the highest level, making you want to come bac

We were interested in purchasing a house that Arrowhead were selling as we had viewed the advert on rightmove. We sent over an email one evening as we were interested in viewing the property. Gavin emailed us back straight away and a viewing was arranged for the following day. During the viewing Gavin showed us around and answered any questions we had about the property. We loved the property so much we put an offer in the following morning. My partner and I were so happy with how Gavin treated us and how passionate he was about his work that we asked him to sell our own property for us. This process was very easy with Arrowhead, from marketing, viewings and financial advice. They covered everything! Nothing was a bother, from answering our texts and phone calls at all hours of the day to staying late at night to ensure we received our keys for our new property. We couldn’t thank Arrowhead enough for how easy selling and purchasing a home was for us. I could praise this business for days. I highly recommend you sell/purchase with Arrowhead if you are looking for a team who cares about your home as much as you do.

I am delighted to provide the most excellent review and testimony possible to Gavin Chalmers (Director) and Arrowhead Estate Agents Ltd. A small, fairly new, niche estate agency and financial advisor, they provide an amazing service from start to finish in an efficient and professional manner. I appointed them to sell my own property after being so impressed by Gavin when viewing someone else's property, where Arrowhead were coordinating and facilitating the viewings for their client. Arrowhead are not like any other estate agency I've engaged with - they actually listen and are extremely customer focused, (both to me as the seller, and to potential buyers of the property). The Arrowhead team leave no stone unturned in providing an effective, efficient and streamlined service. They kept me, their client, fully up-to-date with all developments.... ....and all for one of the most competitive rates in Scotland, (and they cover all of Scotland). After paying their simple, flat-rate fee, paying for my the home report and legal fees, I saved over £1,000 over a traditional model estate agent. After all, with everything online now, i.e. Rightmove, Zoopla, On the market, etc., no matter where you live, they can help and they get results with targeted advertising via traditional channels and thru' social media streams and feeds. Give them a go. You won't regret it. Thanks Arrowhead. CV
