It’s been 25 days since we moved out of our rental. The landlord quickly agreed to a full deposit return. Savills still has our £4K, 17 days after it was removed from the deposit scheme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not communicate, take responsibility or act proactively

GoogleCouldn’t be happier with the service I received from Savills Glasgow office. Lots of viewings from the off. Regular feedback updates from my agent, Peter Walker, never had to chase. Even when the first buyer dropped out the property was re-listed immediately, viewings booked for the next day and the property sold again within a week. I don’t think another Glasgow estate agent could have pulled that off. Plenty of estate agents in Glasgow but I feel Savills delivered what they promised. A class act...

What a waste of space. Trying to transfer a lease as I want to sell my business. 6 to 7 months gone and even they haven't contacted the landlord. Excuses after excuses.

Initially presented by real estate agency Savills with a beautiful 1 bed and promised luxurious amnesties/services when I moved at Lillie Square at the end of 2017, however sadly the reality proved to be quite the opposite and my experience at the property has been disappointing to say the least. I ended up paying thousands of pounds in bills received retrospectively due to negligence and false advertising on behalf of agency Savills. The building had not been registered with the council and the property hadn’t even been allocated a tax band (although had been advertised as such) causing major delays with council tax bills, internet and electricity supply etc. I had no heating last winter due to an error with the comfort cooling system both estate ADMIN nor SAVILLS were unable to solve for MONTHS. I have interestingly been issued bills worth £600 for this period I have had no heating in from Switch2, the dubious heat network provider the building uses.I was told my Fiona Head of Complaints that these issues were to be expected to come with a new built. When asking them for compensation for the issues I was refused it and given notice to vacate the property. The only soothing thought is that I am due to leave the property soon, leaving all these problems and nightmare behind.
