Gallus were excellent from day one and achieved their goal of making things clear and straightforward for us as first time letters while we were away on travels. The whole team was always very friendly and responsive and it was great having the continuity of speaking with the same people whenever we had a question or something needed to be addressed as they had a good knowledge of the property.
