City Property’s handling of Trongate 103 is deeply disappointing. Giving long-standing arts organisations less than 28 days to vacate a publicly supported cultural hub shows a worrying disregard for Glasgow’s cultural fabric. These organisations have contributed enormously to the city over decades. If there was a 25-year commitment in place, it should be honoured. Decisions like this undermine trust and send a message that cultural value is secondary to property strategy. Glasgow’s identity is built on its arts, music and independent spaces. If council-owned companies don’t protect them, who will? City Property and Glasgow City Council need to reconsider this approach and work with tenants to find a sustainable solution.

A nightmare of a company to get in touch with Regret having to deal with them, I have no choice, for over a month have been trying to get intouch but in vain, if you can avoiding to deal with them then do so you won't regret it

Called to get advice about fly tipping on City Property land. I was told I would receive a call back. No one called back this is the second time there has been no reply. Also happened to my neighbours about the same area.

Tried calling several times, even left a message for returned call, never received it, their property at the lochs shopping centre is ridiculous, car park is covered in pot holes, massive ones, it's an accident waiting to happen ..need sorted!
