Hi David, thanks for the review. Unfortunately the let sign stays up until the tenant moves in. It’s best practice to continue to get customer contact incase it doesn’t work out with the pending tenant. When the tenant moves in, the sign is removed. In terms of attitude on the phone, I believe you were told that we had found a tenant for that property (which we had) and then we asked if you would like to be added to the list incase similar properties came available. The reality is that we can only move one tenant into each property, which does leave some disappointed parties. GoogleI was really impressed by the service received. I was regularly updated and our property was sold very quickly. Excellent value for money package which included lawyer fees.
Thanks for the review Jan, I knew the flat would sell quickly in that area - for us it was about getting as much as possible for you and making sure the sale went ahead. You were in the pilot scheme of our legal fees package and we have continued this as an option going ahead in 2018. Meaning everything is accounted for at the start. Thanks again for using us and please keep us in mind in the future. :-)
