We just completed on a sale with 1-4-Sale yesterday. Our company Married2Property works with local organisations to provide housing for vulnerable groups of people. A mission we are very proud of. The 1-4-Sale agents (particularly Paris and Kirsty) have been fantastic throughout the sales process, negotiating a geographically distant seller, dealing with unpredictable issues promptly, and have rendered any and all the assistance needed where this was required. Looking forward to continuing to work with them closely in future. Married2Property.

Dealt with 12let for number of years then 14sale . High standard of professionalism and prompt replies if I had any queries. Would highly recommend as the communication from Paris and the team was excellent. Always give updates and promote your property in a positive and enthusiastic way. If any decisions to make, they will offer solutions and discuss all options with you with an individual touch.

I would thoroughly recommend 1-4-Sale Estate Agent. They achieved five offers over the asking price and my flat was sold in a couple of weeks. Paris and her colleagues were always available with any questions I had and updated me on feedback from viewings which there were many of. Very professional and friendly.

First time we have dealt with 1-4-Sale and it has been an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, the whole team have been great and very helpful, especially Mike and Jon who showed us the property. Would definitely recommend.

1-4-Sale are by far the most professional estate agents we have ever used. Highly efficient, fantastic comms, very prompt replies and a first class service from Paris Rekhy and Kirsty Haughie, who are an absolute credit to the company. Thank you for everything. 5-stars the whole way.
