I had my property rented out with Wright and Co for a few years, which they subsequently sold for me. In both cases John and his team were so professional whilst staying really friendly at the same time. With the rental side of things, they took care of everything for me, whilst keeping me informed every step of the way and it was exactly the same when it came to the selling of it. Recently Moved Into Our Amazing Home, The Team at wright & co were so helpful, special shout out to Maxine & Hannah for all their hard work. They were very quick and smooth with helping us to get moved and are very speedy when it comes to any queries etc via email that we had originally. If you're looking to move, defo give these guys a call, they're brilliant. We viewed on a Thursday. Sent off for referencing the same day and had the keys by Tuesday. So smooth, so quick, our home is lovely and our children are so pleased too. All in all very brilliant service when it comes to these guys, highly recommend to those of you looking to move & even landlords in general. You wont be disappointed! Thank you! Having had an offer accepted a significant time before, Wright & Co kept us feeling reassured that the sale of our house, and the time it was taking, wasn't putting our purchase in jeopardy. I have rented with Wright & Co for 4 and a half years and they have surpassed every expectation I could have had. After a few disappointing experiences with some of the local letting agents, I wandered into this firms office on a chance, within 5 mins they had found me the exact house in the exact location I was looking for, within 10 mins I had an appointment for the next day, and within 3 weeks the referencing was complete, I had paid my deposit and rent, and was given the keys. Brilliant Estate and letting agents and fantastic staff. Awful estate agents. They don’t pick up the phone. I rang them twice to change my viewing on a property and now they have called saying the property got sold. Such an awful estate agent. They don’t do weekend viewings like other estate agents. What kind of estate agent cancel a viewing to say oh property got sold.

I originally went with Wright and Co because as executor of my late mum's will it looked like they were offering the best deal on selling my mum's house. The office staff got rude, arrogant and didn't care less as soon as we excepted an offer on my mum's house. They didn't respond to messages from my legal team, neither did the buyers legal team so I would get phone calls from my legal team and I would have to ring up to try and find out what was going on. I got fobbed off with excuses with it takes times, your being emotional. John Wright was moderately helpful which is why I have given two stars
