GoogleWe were very impressed by Kayleigh, we were buying a house she was the agent for, she was totally professional and went far and beyond to keep the purchase and sale moving forward. She kept the other agents on their toes and was contacting all solicitors involved for progress at all times. We were selling our house and completion was well within 3 months, and this was all happening during the pandemic, and partial lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble. We found her to be extremely helpful right the way through the buying process, keeping us regularly updated and assisting us with our queries with both the vendors and solicitors promptly. Her recommendations of solicitors, which we used, also helped us to complete on our house purchase relatively quickly and stress free. Kayleigh's unique selling point is that you feel you get a personal service...and that's what we feel makes her stand out from other agents we have dealt with before. GoogleKayleigh was absolutely brilliant when I purchased my property through her. She would almost always answer the phone no matter what time I called her but if she did miss it she would return the call straight away. Kayleigh would answer queries instantly and was constantly chasing up solicitors both sides of our deal. She was also very helpful on aspects of house moving that I was new to. On top of that she was always extremely pleasant even when I can imagine I was stressing her out. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.

After going with Kayleigh, we sold again within 4 days. You don't get a such a tailored service from most High Street estate agents as you do with Kayleigh Stevens. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleHow do you buy a house in 5 weeks when you are desperate to move and it’s very complicated? Use Kayleigh. Lots of problems to resolve very quickly, mortgage brokers, remote vendor and some other legal complications, Kayleigh made this happen directly and through her network of professionals. Google*PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING* - Lacks in professionalism - Chaotic & disorganised - Not interested in you & property - Interested in herself & the profit... She will have all the gift of the gab without even needing to pause for breath. Professional in sales patter & will baffle you with everything she apparently knows whilst slagging off all the estate agents in the local area (She refers to them as plebs!). Very quick & efficient in getting you to sign her contract & then everything slows & your left in limbo whilst you wait patiently for your property to be on the national portals. She will tell you how many people she has waiting to see the property, but odd that no one was there when aparent viewings were taking place & no feedback either? She will explain how "BUSY" she is & how dramatic her life is & all the details of this, (as though everyone elses life is a breeze). Once your property is live you will hear nothing from her unless poked. Once you have become tired of this & decide to leave after her 12 week contract, she will come up with constant excuses for weeks in failing to return the property keys until advised the police & my solitictor would be informed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THERE ARE OTHER ESTATE AGENTS AVAILABE!!
